01. Fulfillment Timeline

All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Contact support with your order number to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
